Our Financial Management & Business Analysis Portfolio supports the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC); the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army (ASA) Financial Management and Comptroller (FM&C); the U.S. Army Financial Management Command (USAFMCOM); the Defense Health Agency (DHA); and many other DoD customers. We ensure the Army FM systems and processes are modernized and integrated to provide a complete range of financial and cost information needed for the Army to conduct business transactions, provide accountability to the public, and to support performance reporting and decision making. We provide effective functional systems support, user technical support, training support, and governance support of the Army's modernized and deployed FM domain ERP systems (GFEBS / GFEBS-SA / GCSS-A (Finance)), ensuring technological capabilities maturation and evolution aligns with Army and FM domain goals and objectives.  

We are looking for a Senior Program Analyst to join our team to support the Army's Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Fires' Integrated Fires Directorate (IFD). 


Responsibilities

  • Provide cross-functional program integration and analysis in support of IFD and PAE Fires priorities.
  • Support complex programs and initiatives requiring coordination across program offices, functional organizations, Army HQ, Joint organizations, government personnel, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Analyze requirements, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and organizational priorities and develops information for leadership decision-making.
  • Support recurring battle rhythm events, senior-level reviews, program assessments, acquisition and integration activities, workforce initiatives, budget activities, and other IFD priorities.
  • Serve as a trusted integrator across functional areas and help identify issues, coordinate actions, track decisions, and ensure leadership priorities are translated into executable actions.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Possess an active DoD SECRET clearance
  • 10+ years of experience and a Master's degree OR 18+ years of experience and a Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in program management, program analysis, systems integration, acquisition, engineering, test, organizational management, or related support
  • Experience coordinating across multiple organizations and managing competing priorities
  • Ability to analyze complex information and develop clear, concise decision-support products
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with senior leaders, technical personnel, military personnel, government civilians, and contractors
  • Ability to work in the Huntsville, Alabama area and support the IFD mission in person five days per week, eight hours per day. Telework is by exception based on mission requirements

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Army property accountability processes
  • Familiarity with DPAS, GCSS-Army, GPC, or other Army property and logistics systems
  • Experience managing or tracking classified equipment
  • Experience supporting organizational moves and equipment transfers
  • Experience working with government contractors and DoD organizations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
