The QMS Coordinator works closely with Operations and other cross-functional teams to implement effective quality control solutions that support production efficiency, product quality, regulatory and customer requirements, and a strong quality culture within a dynamic remanufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a quality professional who is highly organized, comfortable working independently, and experienced with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively across the organization, and use quality data and corrective action processes to drive measurable improvement.

 • Manage document and data control for controlled policies, procedures, work instructions, and quality records, including version control, data integrity, and documentation standards.
 • Plan, schedule, and execute internal QMS audits and facilitate customer, third-party registrar, and surveillance audits.
 • Coordinate preparation and submission of required pre-audit documentation and support effective audit readiness across the organization.
 • Lead internal and external Corrective Action (CAR) and Continuous Improvement (CI) workflows.
 • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive root-cause analysis, verify effective corrective action implementation, and meet on-time closure targets.
 • Track, maintain, and publish company-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Control metrics to support management reviews and data-driven decision-making.
 • Collaborate with Operations to implement practical Quality Control solutions that improve production efficiency, product quality, and process performance.
 • Communicate quality requirements and information effectively with internal teams, customers, auditors, registrars, and other external stakeholders.
 • Support a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and disciplined quality systems within the manufacturing environment.

Key Qualifications

• Associate's degree related to Quality Control or at least five years of relevant experience managing Quality Management Systems in a manufacturing facility.
 • Extensive experience with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.
 • Extensive experience with document control processes.
 • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
 • Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO/IATF standards, and applicable environmental regulations.
 • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers.
 • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to succeed with minimal supervision.
 • Ability to present information and respond effectively to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
