What You Will Get To Do:

The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation of Plum product services by acting as the Knowledge Specialist (SME) for product-related systems and processes. This role supports internal stakeholders, external vendors, and partners in maintaining and delivering updates, while also enabling client service teams through expert guidance. A key focus is identifying and driving improvements that align with a more client-first approach to operations.

  • Act as the key operational Knowledge Specialist supporting Plum Operations and Workplace Super Core Client First teams.

  • Collaborate with vendors and technology teams to deliver effective solutions for complex scenarios.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships by coordinating and leading meetings with both internal and external parties.

  • Support team capability uplift by contributing to the design and delivery of training and coaching programs.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation and internal knowledge resources to ensure accuracy and alignment with business and client needs.

  • Contribute to projects and audits, including product updates, regulatory changes, and internal/external audit requirements.

  • Identify process gaps and opportunities to enhance the client experience through a Client First lens.

What You Will Bring:

  • Solid understanding of Superannuation fundamentals, with preferred experience in Plum Operations, Cashiering, and New Business processes.

  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

  • In-depth knowledge of systems, including SUPERB, PACE, and AWD.

  • Strong expertise in Plum Superannuation and Pension product offerings.

  • Skilled in designing and delivering effective training sessions and presentations.

  • Excellent written communication and analytical thinking skills.

  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing small-to-medium projects.

  • High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
