Managed Services is responsible for back-office operations and support of its clients and is looking for someone to handle all tasks relating to the onboarding and stabilization of new clients, and the smooth handoff of those clients to the Managed Services Teams.

What You Will Get To Do:

The Managed Services Implementation Manager will execute on the day-to-day project responsibilities that include the following:

  • Participate in new Managed Services client assessment interviews, solution scoping, and documentation, representing Managed Services.
  • Comply with established project plans and track project tasks for new Managed Services client onboarding.
  • Participate in regular project calls with clients to report on status of the Managed Services pieces of the project.
  • Execute on day-to day Managed Services onboarding tasks including system configuration, problem resolution, solution research, business analysis, client training, and workflow development.
  • Participate in system conversion data mapping with the client and lead data analyst when Managed Services input is required.
  • Track SDLC projects that may impact Managed Services workflow, processes or training needs.
  • Track project plan for Managed Services tasks, system and team readiness. 
  • Coordinate or facilitate Managed Services UAT of SDLC project enhancements.
  • Participate in system training and lead Managed Services sections.
  • Facilitate dress rehearsal with clients prior to live date.
  • Facilitate client sessions to document operational procedures with client.
  • Work with Managed Services leadership to ensure staff is trained on client, is informed of any unique processes, and is ready to take ownership of daily responsibilities.
  • Follow procedures for SOC compliance. 
  • Provide onsite support to the client at conversion and as required for seamless handoff to the Managed Services team.

What You Will Bring:

  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possess the ability to analyze and understand complex business processes.
  • Experience with project management and senior-level project reporting for large-scale multi-month projects.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Office 365 products, SQL.
  • Experience in the trust accounting, wealth management, employee benefit, and/or financial software industries.
  • Multi-tasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to take initiative to learn the proprietary products as a subject matter expert.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong training delivery and documentation skills.
