Job Description

Understand the PPM thoroughly Understand the trade life cycle and process the trades without any error, within the Turn Around Time
Ensure trade modules are complete in all respects with regards to Audit trails within the Turn Around Time
Review tasks and keep them up-to-date Coordinate / Liaise with other departments objectively whenever required
Understand the KYC, AML and Due diligence processes thoroughly Implement controls to eliminate operational / processing errors. Also ensure zero confidentiality breach
Develop self to become an SME and support the team. Also support in Buddy program
Minimum Graduate or Equivalent Good Communication skills Analytical approach towards the process flow 3- 4 years of work experience in financial services
Prior Experience and knowledge in transfer agency is desirable
Ability to handle trade volumes and train new team members.
