Senior Associate / Associate Manager - RFP Response / Due Diligence Support

Job Location – Mumbai- Goregaon
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end DDQ process, including initial review, requirements gathering, content creation, and final submission;
2. Handle Admin report requests, including initial review, requirements gathering, content creation, and final submission;
3. Collaborate with business groups and other teams to gather information and create compelling and accurate responses;
4. Maintain a library of standard responses, templates, and sales collateral to streamline the response creation process;
5. Ensure that all assignments/responses align with company policies, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements;
6. Assist in developing and maintaining presentations, case studies, and other support materials;
7. Track and report on daily activity, including volume analysis, response times, etc.;
8. Pro-active in automating process and deliverables through generating effective ideas that generate FTE savings and process efficiency
9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to enhance content.
