Job Description

PA2026Q1GCC001  - To support Senior Management in the delivery and upkeep of the Omni-channel support tool incorporating the tool Freshdesk.

This role incorporates all elements of supporting the Management team to ensure the controls and maintenance of the system is completed within SLA and within Audit requirements.

This role manages all aspects of the administration aspect of the Helpentres and Freshdesk support and build for both live and non-live environments including, but not limited to;

  • Setting up, maintaining and deleting Agents from the system ensuring log of licences is correct for Audit.
  • Maintain both internal and external knowledgebases with information provided by Business Owners/Management Companies within SLA's.
  • Build relating to Freshworks products from configuration documentation.
  • Provide and be responsible for any Reporting as specified by Management.
  • Support for the Omni-channel tool, managing and owning support calls raised and ad-hoc issues as requested.  Working alongside the Manager to maintain, review, audit and responding to issues within a timely manner, but always within SLA
  • Maintain and own appropriate issue log documentation, linking to JIRA tasks.
  • Correctly store all aspects of the implementation process to ensure optimum delivery and meeting audit requirements.
  • Act with ownership and accountability at all times to ensure work is completed to the correct and high standard of the team.
  • To exercise due care and diligence in all work completed.
  • To uphold responsibilities for risk and business continuity practices as appropriate to system being used.
  • To comply with all the regulatory regimes in which SS&C operates.

This role requires a positive attitude, embraces change and enjoying working as a collaborative Team member.

The ideal candidate would have experience in:

  • HTML code
  • Our Management Companies' cultures and products
  • Industry knowledge
  • Microsoft tools knowledge

Additionally, the candidate would have good numeric and logic skills, and intermediate Excel skills.
