Job DescriptionStarling Physicians is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible OBGYN dedicated Laborist to serve at the Hospital of Central Connecticut.
Our team is comprised of board-certified physicians, certified nurse midwives in select locations, and APRNs who provide the full range of obstetrical and gynecologic services. We strive to provide individualized care and pride ourselves in our availability to serve our patients, 24/7.
The Starling OB/GYN hospitalist will be a critical part of our group practice model and will oversee patients at the hospital to improve quality and safety. Our highly integrated and supportive obstetric and gynecologic team consists of OB/GYN generalists and nurse practitioners. The hospitalist role involves managing the obstetric unit, participating in labor management and delivery, and performing obstetric triage. In addition, the hospitalist will cover the emergency department for Starling patients. The hospitalist will be supported on a daily and nightly basis as needed by the group.
Requirements include:
- Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before you begin practicing.
- Board Certification/Eligibility and DEA license required
