Proposal Summary:
The Irregular Warfare Center Support Services contract will support the Irregular Warfare Center (IWC) under the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). The contract will provide technical, academic, logistical, and administrative services to expand the IWC's curriculum, event development, and partnerships. Key objectives include aligning Department of Defense education on irregular warfare, facilitating research, engaging with governmental and non-governmental entities, and supporting interagency collaboration. The role requires a Secret security clearance and spans a base year with two-option years. Please note this solicitation is currently in the proposal stage.
Position Summary:
The Operations Integrator will support the Irregular Warfare Center (IWC) by providing operational oversight and strategic integration across the Center's programs and mission sets. This mid-to-senior level role focuses on aligning internal workflows, coordinating across IWC departments, and supporting leadership decision-making through synchronized operational planning. The Operations Integrator plays a central role in ensuring IWC activities are executed effectively and meet strategic, policy, and interagency requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional operations across the IWC, ensuring program alignment with organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage SOPs, task trackers, and integration frameworks that support IWC leadership execution.
- Oversee internal tasking systems (e.g., CATMS), ensuring timely and strategic response submission.
- Act as a central operational advisor to senior staff, coordinating event logistics with the registrar, events team, and IT leads.
- Review, edit, and integrate operational documents and reporting deliverables across directorates.
- Coordinate complex engagements and oversee program synchronization across classified and unclassified domains.
- Manage the operational rhythm of the IWC, ensuring staffing, planning, and reporting are coherent and timely.
- Support the implementation and oversight of assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) processes, contributing to policy and congressional reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, International Affairs, National Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, program coordination, AM&E or executive support within a government or military context.
- Strong understanding of DoD operational workflows, task tracking systems, and reporting protocols.
- Demonstrated experience supporting multi-functional teams and managing cross-cutting coordination requirements.
- Familiarity with administrative tools and platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and task management systems.
- Experience developing SOPs, AM&E processes, or event support documentation is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to draft, edit, and synthesize complex information for leadership use.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage shifting deadlines.
- Active or eligible for TS/SCI clearance required.
