Your Role:


This is an exciting opportunity to enhance our current bridge capability and establish it as one of the leading bridge teams in the UK.  We have a range of blue-chip clients and a strong order-book but we need someone with the capability to help to take us to the next level.   You will have the ability and willingness to work independently and within a team on projects - ensuring design tasks are delivered to the expected quality and to the required standards.  You must be able to take on allocated design tasks and have the ability to learn from working with others within a wider highways team.  You will assist on larger projects using design protocols and common data environments and project extranets.



About you:


Experience:  A graduate, or equivalent,  with experience in civil engineering, including bridge engineering.  You will be approaching chartered status or recently chartered

Qualifications:  BSc Civil Engineering (minimum), or equivalent


  • Civil Engineering design background 
  • Knowledge and experience of design of highways structures to the DMRB
  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and bridge analysis modelling software
  • Working within a BIM environment for project delivery would be an advantage
  • Experience of working within a collaborative team design environment
