POSITION SUMMARY:
- Maintain lease and property files.
- Provide administrative to the property team.
- Order tenant door plaques and directory strips; maintain property signage.
- Greet and communicate with tenants, prospective tenants, vendors and guests.
- Promote and foster positive relationships with tenants and owners.
- Input, track and code AP invoices in Yardi accounting system.
- Maintain parking/building access card records.
- Work with the team planning and implementing tenant events, food trucks, training events, etc.
- Assist in maintaining and updating building AP via HqO.
- Maintain and monitor Angus Anywhere work order and tenant communication program.
- Assist in lease administration activities including set up, administer lease changes, generate reports, etc.
- Maintain tenant contact, vendor contact list, and insurance information.
- Prepare and coordinate bid proposals and service contracts.
- Track, update and manage service contracts.
- Order and maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
- Prepare and distribute tenant move-in packages; order tenant gifts as needed.
- Support team in the preparation of the monthly reports and annual operations budgets.
- Maintain the on-site management office, open Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM.
- Additional duties assigned by the Property Manager.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent (college courses preferred).
- At least 1-2 years of clerical, administrative experience (real estate experience is a plus).
- Must have intermediate to advanced MS 365 Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook proficiencies.
- Familiar with accounting software such as Yardi, MRI, Procure to Pay, etc.
- Ability to keep information strictly confidential.
- Strong desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and a continually heavy workload.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.

- Based on experience salary range of $20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
Salary Range: $27-$29 per hour

LOCATION:
Denver, COThis is a dynamic, on-site role that places you at the heart of the action. As a result, an essential function of this position is working on-site. Remote or hybrid options are not available. Being on property allows you to build strong relationships with clients and tenants, respond in real time, and make a visible impact every day.
