Supports all personal computer processes and provides daily technical and operational assistance in the use of personal computers and PC software. Provides daily guidance and support to all staff using personal computers and PC software. Identifies, researches and resolves all technical problems that may occur in the operation of computer systems and software applications. Coordinates with other IT staff as needed and follows through to ensure timely resolution of problems. Installs and expands PC systems. Performs repairs on PC hardware. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
Effective, professional communication skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff. Skilled in project management with the ability to multi-task. Ability to proactively identify problems, accurately resolve issues in a timely manner and work with minimal supervision or guidance. Must be able to work flexible hours when needed, including evenings/weekends.
