The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Education Teacher to join our full-time school-based team in Vista, CA. Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- California Single Subject Teaching Credential in World Languages (with German specified as the language authorization)
- Previous classroom teaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of California educational standards and instructional best practices
- Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and school staff
- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based instruction aligned with curriculum requirements
- Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that promotes student success
- Assess student learning and use data to guide instructional decisions
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Develop lesson plans, classroom activities, and educational materials
- Monitor student progress and communicate effectively with families and school staff
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and support personnel to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate student records, grades, and documentation
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required
