We are looking for an EDI Analyst to join our Liberated Spyder and Volcom team in Costa Mesa California! The EDI Analyst is a self-starter who assists on the EDI process. As an EDI Analyst you will need to be collaborative, creative, analytical, and comfortable communicating between multiple departments. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication and impeccable attention to detail.



  • Assist in monitoring the EDI process for all wholesale accounts
  • Collaborate on all EDI orders
  • Review the EDI change queue to ensure all changes are made on time
  • Data entry into EDI portals to complete the order process
  • Help monitor EDI for any errors; notify all involved internal teams of any EDI issues in a timely manner
  • Assist on resolution of EDI related chargebacks
  • Ensure all changes to existing EDI accounts are carried out accurately
  • Review EDI related routing requirements to ensure accurate system execution
  • Review and coordinate with Sales team on new accounts applications 
  • Disputing and investigating short shipment claims from Liberated Brands accounts
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; OR three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Strong verbal and written comprehension
  • Consistent follow through
  • Strong sense of professionalism
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to multi task
  • Full Circle experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint)
  • This position requires full time hours from our Costa Mesa location (Due to COVID19 this position has flexibility to work remote temporarily)
