The ideal candidates will have expertise in various industrial cleaning techniques, including vacuuming, hydroblasting, automation, and other specialized cleaning methods. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Supervision and Team Leadership:

• Lead and manage cleaning crews, providing guidance, direction, and support.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on project requirements and individual strengths.
• Foster a positive and safety-conscious work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.

Industrial Cleaning Operations:

• Oversee and participate in industrial cleaning activities, including hydroblasting, tank cleaning, and automation cleaning.
• Ensure that cleaning operations are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and client specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and training to team members on specialized cleaning techniques and equipment.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce and uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines during all cleaning operations.
• Conduct pre-job safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Address and resolve safety concerns promptly, escalating as necessary.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and expectations.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling to existing clients.
