Windsor Federal Savings is seeking an experienced Branch Officer. The successful candidate has a College Degree with 5-7 years of experience in managerial work, public relations, teller operations and/or some comparable combination of education and experience. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to act as a mentor for staff by exercising effective management and supervisory skills in areas such as performance appraisal, coaching, counseling, career development, and other personnel-related matters, and the ability to develop a positive sales environment is required. Candidate has the ability to apply basic arithmetic to solve problems and is required to expand existing business by developing new opportunities outside of the office. Candidate must possess a combination of exceptional business development skills, customer service skills, general compliance knowledge, and must be comfortable operating in a team environment.
