Position Summary

The Senior HR Generalist is a dynamic, cross-regional role that supports key HR processes and strategic initiatives across Europe, including the UK, Netherlands, Germany, France, and Poland, with an operational focus on day-to-day HR activities in Poland. As a trusted advisor to managers and employees, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting leaders in building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Scope

  • Provide comprehensive HR support across core functions: employee relations, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, policy reviews, and benefits administration.
  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases, including investigations, performance issues, and terminations, while proactively mitigating risks.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects that enhance employee engagement, alignment, and inclusion across the region.

Poland Focus

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and leaders in Poland, offering guidance on HR matters, such as onboarding, benefits, performance, employee relations, and learning & development.
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment and payroll/accounting and act as liaison between employees, contractors and providers.
  • Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations for the Kraków office, fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 5 years' HR experience, ideally within a medium to large-sized organization.
  • Strong working knowledge of Polish labor law; experience with HR practices in other European countries is a plus.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Willingness to work onsite in our Krakow office at least 3 days per week, with occasional travel in Europe.
