Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of residential and commercial properties in the Central Texas Area. This includes handling tenant inquiries and concerns, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing leases and contracts, conducting property inspections, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.

• Active Real Estate License Preferred
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of property management principles and practices
• Experience in tenant relations and customer service
• Ability to effectively handle tenant inquiries and concerns
