Description

We are currently searching for a confident, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to Jay Lewis, Regional Vice President of Operations. This position is based in our South East Texas administration office.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently prepare general correspondence and reports utilizing Word and Excel
• Prepare general correspondence that meets high grammatical and business standards, as directed
• Coordinate special projects
• Answer telephones, take messages, and direct calls as required
• Process and manage incoming and outgoing mail and reply to messages in a timely manner
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
• Greet, communicate and direct visitors in a highly-professional manner
• Track assignments and tasks
• Coordinate and maintain organized working project files
• Prepare meeting minutes as necessary

Skills/Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, or equivalent, with at least 5 years of administrative/executive assistant experience required; some college education preferred
• Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills required
• Highly-reliable attendance record
