Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.
We are currently seeking a Part Time Housekeeper to perform general cleaning at 2 apartment buildings in Kansas City, KS.
In this position you will maintain a clean and safe environment for building residents, guests, employees, and other visitors to the site.
Additional duties include appropriately clean and maintain the common areas of the building interior, as well as the building exterior grounds including the parking, sidewalk and entry areas, in accordance with the Property Management Standard Operations Manual (SOM).
Must have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing along with the ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities. Physical ability to: kneel; crouch; stoop; lift and carry; push and pull; reach and work above shoulder level; use hands and fingers to grasp, pull, and manipulate objects; and the ability to occasionally work above ground level. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
