About the Role
We are seeking a resourceful, intuitive, and highly organised Administrative & Business Support Assistant to support as a key contributor to our Regional Operations Team and broader functional groups. This role goes beyond traditional support - it's a strategic alliance with our leaders, teams, and stakeholders, enabling operational excellence across the board.
Your key focus areas and purpose will be:
Project Coordination & Efficiency: Contributing to the department efficiency and cost-effectiveness by managing internal and external resources to complete both special and ongoing projects.
Administrative & Scheduling Support: Optimising the Manager's productivity by developing and utilising effective office systems and overseeing departmental calendars and scheduling needs.
Training & Systems Expertise: Being the go-to expert and trainer for office and company systems, ensuring staff are well-informed and capable of using tools and procedures correctly.
Team Logistics & Events Management: Planning and executing key events like workshops and recognition functions, handling travel arrangements for executives and team members, including visas, accommodation, expense reconciliation, and mobility-related tasks.
Communication, Collaboration & Reporting: Leading meeting coordination, compiling data and producing reports and presentations, supporting onboarding, assisting with budgeting, and fostering strong internal relationships through clear and collaborative communication.

What you can bring to the role
Experienced in providing high-level administrative support within complex organisational environments, with a clear understanding of executive roles, responsibilities, and legal obligations.
Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Active contribution to a positive team dynamic, consistently modelling behaviours that promote trust, collaboration, and a high-performing organisational culture.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
Self-awareness and resilience with an ability to remain composed under pressure, respond empathetically, and foster a supportive environment.
Diploma of Business would be considered advantageous along with any recent certifications in modern executive assistant practices and technologies are highly regarded.
