As a Regional Reliability Lead for the European operations, you will be focusing on elevating reliability engineering across our sites by embedding best practices, driving the REX Reliability Program, and enabling long-term improvements in asset performance. About the role: Reporting to the Regional Maintenance and Engineering Manager, you will lead deployment and maturity of the REX Reliability Program across European sites.

Core Activities:

  • With your strategic leadership experience, you will drive execution of equipment management strategies, integrating reliability into daily operations.
  • You will provide functional leadership for reliability engineering in refineries, smelters, and mines.
  • One of your key responsibilities will be to standardize and elevate practices such as RCA, FMEA and RCM
  • Developing and maintaining loss accounting systems will help you to track and reduce production losses.
  • By building trust and influence through hands-on support and coaching at plant level, you will promote a proactive reliability culture, shifting mindset from reactive to preventive.
  • Your analytical skills will help you to use data analytics, CMMS, and digital dashboards to drive decisions and improvements.

What you can bring to the role:

  • With your Senior mechanical/reliability engineering background, you will be able to ensure all site-level reliability plans are aligned with regional and global strategies.
  • Strong leadership experience and influencing skills will allow you to lead with passion to motivate, empower, energize, encourage, and influence others.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability will help you to engage and influence stakeholders and drive continuous organizational improvements and collaboration.
  • Your excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully communicate with cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, engineering, and EHS teams
