About the Role
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator, Australia to join our team based at the Bindjareb Office in Pinjarra. This full-time position is a rewarding and pivotal role within a global team, with some flexibility available.
You will be accountable for providing support to the Australian regional TA team, in the coordination of internal & external recruitment of hourly and salaried positions with a focus on due diligence and compliance to the recruitment policy and process. You are the first point of contact for general queries from candidates and external job seekers.
This role is vast and exciting in the core responsibilities, inclusive of:
Working within the Workday recruiting system to track candidates through the TA process, scheduling interviews for bulk recruitment, providing administration support for psychometric testing, pre-employment medicals, and the final stages of hiring.
Preparation and provision of employee new starter information and coordination of initial inductions,
Arranging site visits including flights, accommodation, car hire, and relocations inclusive of the former and household uplift,
Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality across candidate details and their progress in the TA process,
Provideing accountability for the management of formal correspondence to applicants, and high level of administrative support to the Australian TA team,
Provideing a window face for the TA Team, responding and delegating an array of general recruiting queries from the Corporate webpage, recording statistical data and reporting needs for the organisation,
Raising purchase orders for reoccurring, and ad hoc costs associated with the TA process, reconciling credit card business expenses through our system, CONCUR.

What you can bring to the role
Well-developed interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders including prospective candidates, hiring managers, external service providers and internal functional groups.
Attention to detail to uphold integrity of the TA process, and effective time management to maintain high quality output in times of peak workload,
Previous experience in administrative HR or Recruitment roles is ideal but not essential. This will also suit if you are currently studying or recently completed a HR or business-related degree.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft suites and competent across use of computer systems!
