THE ROLE:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Marketing Strategy team. The Marketing Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales and Marketing teams by managing the Salesforce pipeline, conducting revenue and data analysis, creating dashboards, and contributing to ad hoc operational projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales processes, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across various teams within the organization. Proficiency in Excel is a must.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage the Salesforce pipeline to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

- Conduct revenue and data analysis to provide insights into sales performance and trends

- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into sales metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Sales, to support operational initiatives and drive business growth

- Assist in operational reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains

- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation and conversion strategies

- Identify bottlenecks in the sales pipeline and work with relevant stakeholders to address them

- Extract actionable insights from data analysis to set and achieve pipeline growth targets

- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in sales operations, business analysis, product marketing or a related role

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools across the Marketing tech stack

- Experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality

- Proactive problem solver with a passion for driving results

 

ACADEMIC CREDINTIALS:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related field.
