THE ROLE:

The Sr. Manager of Finance - DC P&L Management and Business Transformation, will report to the Sr. Director of Finance and serve as a key member of the Data Center (DC) Finance leadership team. This position serves as a critical finance partner for the Data Center segment, driving financial performance through P&L management and strategic alignment across corporate and business unit priorities. The role combines operational excellence with innovation—leading business transformation initiatives in reporting, dashboarding, and process improvement while championing digital transformation and AI adoption to enhance decision-making and efficiency.

 

THE PERSON:

We are looking for a strategic, results-driven finance leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and can bridge corporate priorities with business unit execution. This individual will have a strong command of P&L management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment. They should be passionate about leveraging data, systems, and AI to transform processes, improve efficiency, and deliver actionable insights that enable informed decision-making.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own end-to-end P&L management for the Data Center segment, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate finance requirements and business unit deliverables, aligning objectives and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting to provide clear visibility into business performance.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Spearhead digital transformation efforts, including system enhancements and AI adoption to optimize forecasting, reporting, and analytics.
  • Provide actionable insights through business analysis and scenario modeling to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies while enabling agility within the business unit.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience in business reporting, dashboard creation, and executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Hands-on experience with process improvement and digital transformation projects, including system upgrades and automation.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and analytics platforms for finance and operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA, CFA, and/or CPA strongly preferred.
