THE ROLE:

 

Are you ready to take on a dynamic and impactful role in a global setting? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Global Channel Sales Program Operations Manager to join the Global Sales Strategy & Planning team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our channel sales incentive programs, driving process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve excellence.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excels in analyzing data to drive informed decision-making and optimize processes, with a keen eye for detail
  • Finance Background: P&L Management, Budget Management and/or Financial Forecasting & Analysis was a responsibility in previous roles.  
  • Outstanding Communication Skills: Possesses exceptional communication abilities, effectively engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels. 
  • Influencing & Collaboration Skills: Ability to influence and collaborate with individuals across departments.
  • Self-Starter: Proactively takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Seeks new challenges to expand their skill set and grow professionally.
  • Sound Organizational Skills: The candidate is highly organized, capable of multitasking, and can react quickly to changing priorities.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Keep our operations running smoothly by clearly managing the calendar and ensuring all key milestones are met.  Maintain clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders.
  • Provide comprehensive support for partner onboarding, sales forecasting, and partner data reporting. 
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and lead initiatives to implement them.
  • Work closely with various teams from Business Management, Sales, Finance, Channel Marketing, etc. to foster collaboration and drive collective success.
  • Generate data analysis to enhance forecasting accuracy and optimize budget management, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Calculate and monitor key metrics related to program performance to drive continuous improvement.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in sales operations management or a similar role.
  • Analytical mindset with aptitude in sales data analysis and reporting.
  • Project management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects.
  • Financial Acumen with an understanding of P&L Management, Budget Management, Financial Analysis and Forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point; experience with SalesForce and PowerBI is a plus.

 

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • BS/MS degree in Business; MBA or equivalent working experience is a plus
