THE ROLE:
As the Legal Operations Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform. This role ensures that contracts are properly approved, uploaded, tracked, and maintained in accordance with internal processes and compliance standards. You will serve as the primary point of contact for system-related inquiries, user support, and data integrity, helping teams across the organization efficiently manage their contractual process and obligations.

You enjoy working with systems and processes, and you're comfortable supporting cross-functional teams in a corporate environment. You have a passion for operational excellence and are skilled at troubleshooting, training, and improving workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer the contract lifecycle management (CLM) platform
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CLM system users, providing support and troubleshooting assistance
- Maintain data integrity and consistency across the contract repository
- Coordinate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and other departments to ensure contracts are properly categorized and stored
- Create and maintain training materials related to CLM platform and conduct trainings across the enterprise
- Generate reports and dashboards to support business insights and compliance tracking
- Support audits and internal reviews by providing contract documentation and system reports
- Collaborate with IT to resolve system issues and implement enhancements
- Contribute to the development and refinement of contract management processes and documentation
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong project management and process optimization skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities (Microsoft suite)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Proactive mindset with a bias for action
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Program management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within an engineering-based organization
- Experience with contract management system implementation and management
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
