THE ROLE:

• Lead team to develop and enhance data analytics and other systems based on user requirements.
• Drive the resolution of production issues and lead efforts toward solutions.
• Work with global teams (North America, Asia: Suzhou, Singapore) to develop and support systems.
• Manages the day-to-day operations and tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
• Coaches and develops direct reports to build a strong team.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, developers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for new initiatives.
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional software development experience
• Basic knowledge of Businesses Intelligence, Data Analytics
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work well cross-functionally across multiple departments.
• May require multi-tasking in support of interdependent projects.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage others.
• Strongly self-motivated, to include studying and maintaining working knowledge of industry standards and trends.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Practical experience in the full software lifecycle - Gathering requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Maintenance
• Familiarity with JIRA issue management system and development workflows
• Familiarity with DevOps, DataOps, Agile/Scrum
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, including MySQL, Snowflake, etc.
• Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, etc.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions, and ETL tools
• Knowledge of PowerBI, Azure
• Knowledge of Linux, Shell Scripting, etc.
• Knowledge of Semiconductor Industry

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
