KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define manufacturing technologies according to product road map.
• Identify manufacturing technology gaps and strategize the closure.
• Collaboration with Industry/product validation partner to develop the required learning of the manufacturing technologies.
• Validate and certify the develop manufacturing technology
• Compile and document learned of the manufacturing recipe, to be shared as a guidance to AMD customer.
• Enable AMD's contract manufactures & customers to adopt the new manufacturing technologist.
• Owner to drive the new CPU socket qualification at component & PCBA level and ensure all the builtd site is qualify and ready to support actual product build.
• Chair manufacturing assembly technical forum to drive and ensure new technology qual schedule and readiness.
• Lead the manufacturing and process team to trouble shoot and overcome routine or new product manufacturing issues.
• Validate and certify new factory, conduct routine audit recommendation of improvement to maintain the manufacturing quality of ODM/CM.
• Build a process and manufacturing technical competent team for Server BU.
