THE ROLE: 

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills in areas of Product Lifecycle/Data Management (PLM/PDM) and Master Data Management (MDM).

A successful candidate is effective in communication with impeccable attention to detail, very organized and on top of things, highly analytical with a strong passion for data analytics, resourceful and innovative in problem solving. You must have the ability to work efficiently and manage effective relationships in cross-functional organizations to meet commitments. The ideal candidate is self-directed and has experience in complex and dynamatic ecosystems

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of the project management principles and can apply them effectively on small to large size projects.
  • Initiate significant changes to existing processes and methods to improve project and team efficiency.
  • Work with ambiguous business problems to drive results using data driven decisions.
  • Analyze large complex, cross-functional problems, and present executive storyboards.
  • Evaluate new systems and products and introduce best practices.
  • Partner with other analysts and SMEs and provide advisory support for ongoing initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot SAP and Product Data Management integration issues with IT team and engineering through alignment with downstream users/systems.
  • Interface with Design, Business unit, Test, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, Agile IT, Product Management, Fab Technology Operations, Product, OSATs, finance and sales teams on product attributes for New Product Introduction and production ramp.
  • Partner with Global Operations and cross functional teams on flow definitions for new products and product/process related standardization, automation, and simplification initiatives.

 

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Advanced knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management (Oracle Agile PLM preferred) and Enterprise Resource Planning (SAP)
  • Advanced knowledge of Bill of Materials (BoM) and Master Data Management principles.
  • Experience in managing projects with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience communicating to a variety of audiences including peers, external partners, and business leaders.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • BS/BA (MBA preferred): Specialty in Business Information Systems, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
