THE ROLE:
Join our team as a Senior Manager, Campaign Strategy and Planning, where you'll drive the strategy, planning, and alignment of integrated marketing campaigns across data center business units and regions. This role will serve as the central orchestrator who ensures that messaging, content, channels, and timing are perfectly aligned to deliver a seamless and effective buyer journey across mid-market and enterprise customer segments.

You excel in cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams to drive successful, high-performing marketing initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Lead Global Campaign Strategy: Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of global integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging owned, earned, and paid media to drive engagement throughout the marketing funnel.
Align Business Goals with Campaign Execution: Translate strategic business priorities into comprehensive campaign frameworks that support every stage of the buyer's journey.
Develop and Maintain Campaign Playbooks: Create detailed guides for regional marketing teams, outlining audience segmentation, messaging strategies, recommended assets, timing, and best practices for effective campaign execution.
Influence Content Strategy: Work closely with content teams to shape asset development, ensuring campaigns are reflected in content planning cycles and editorial calendars.
Align with Martech & Activation Capabilities: Collaborate with growth and performance marketing teams to design campaigns that effectively leverage marketing technology tools for activation.
Cross-Functional Orchestration & Alignment
Lead Campaign Coordination: Act as the central orchestrator, collaborating with product marketing, content, digital, growth and performance marketing, regional teams, partner/channel teams, and sales to ensure campaign alignment.
Manage Timelines and Execution: Oversee campaign calendars, governance processes, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth execution.
Engage with External Partners: Collaborate with marketing agencies and creative teams to develop or refine campaign assets that meet brand, messaging, and performance standards.
Support Tactical Delivery: Work closely with the growth and performance marketing team to transition orchestration plans into execution.
Ensure Regional Adaptation: Partner with regional teams to tailor and activate campaigns effectively for different markets.
Optimize Through Data: Work with analytics teams to monitor campaign metrics, track funnel progression, and identify areas for improvement.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Conduct campaign retrospectives with internal teams and agencies to extract insights and refine future strategies.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
B2B marketing experience, specializing in integrated campaign planning and orchestration across SMB and Enterprise segments in the technology industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve organizational goals.
Proven success in managing complex, multi-touch marketing campaigns across global teams.
Strong understanding of buyer journey frameworks and demand generation principles.
Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Proven ability to balance strategic vision with meticulous execution, ensuring seamless campaign delivery.
Background in technology, infrastructure, or hardware marketing.
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) or vertical/segment-specific campaigns.
Ability to craft strong compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences and effectively engage key stakeholders.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant fields.
LOCATION: Austin, TX or Remote.
