LOCATION:
Markham, Ontario
ONSITE/HYBRID: These roles require the student to work full-time (37.5 hours a week), either in a hybrid or onsite work structure, throughout the co-op/intern term.
PROGRAM TERM:
- This role is a 4 month position
- Fall 2024: September 9, 2024 – December 20, 2024
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
We are seeing highly motivated Software Engineering interns to join our teams. In this role you will work closely with our software engineers to develop and maintain our software applications. This includes participating in the full software development life cycle, from design and development to testing and deployment.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
One or more than the following:
- Software engineering concepts, principles, and theories.
- One or more of the following scripting languages C/C++ , Python, Perl, Java, Javascript, UML or shell.
- Operating systems UNIX/Linux OS.
- Embedded systems, microcontrollers, and CPU architecture.
- Databases, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Cloud computing platforms, Azure.
- Web development frameworks, Django, Rails, Spring Boot.
- ML and AI.
- Security technologies, OAuth, SSL, or TLS.
- Debugging, BIOS and firmware.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
A student pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
