Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc. is hiring Sr. Manager Supply Chain to Enable NPI (new product introduction) capability and capacity for NPI throughout Phases for all products supporting AMD growth. Manage a global team. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to support successful NPI ramps. React quickly to change in input signals and analyze based on these changes and provide directions to mitigate risks, if any. Collaborate with teams across the globe in different time zones. Have complete ownership of the S&OP process and NPI Capacity Planning and Capex Management. Ownership of monthly S&OP Planning for post-fab operations. Work closely with Supply Chain Team to plan for capability and capacity. Financial analysis for NPI Sort and Test hardware investments. Product Life Cycle Management. Work closely with Capacity team (Asia and Austin), Procurement and/or JV. Calculate annual capital spend needed for probe cards and other test hardware and some unique equipment.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering, supply chain manager/analyst, or program manager role.

Alternate combination of education and experience: Employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or closely related engineering, supply chain manager/analyst, or program manager role.

Specific skills required: The following skills are required:

Position requires four (4) years of experience with the following technologies and/or skills:

1.Capacity Planning;

2.ERP and Automation;

3.Demand and Supply Planning;

4.Sales & Operations Planning;

5.Technical Program Management;

6.Supply Chain Transformation;

7.Using SQL for data management; and

8.Product Life Cycle Management.
