THE ROLE:

Join a high-impact, fast-paced global marketing team focused on driving business results through strategic planning, operational excellence, and flawless campaign execution. As a Sr. Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial marketing organization by owning core project management processes, managing content strategy and performance, and ensuring alignment across global and regional teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a cross-functional environment, working alongside content creators, localization teams, creative partners, and marketing operations. You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple marketing channels—including paid, owned, and earned—while managing editorial calendars, blog strategies, social content planning, and content localization.

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate is a natural project manager and communicator—organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused. You're collaborative and proactive, comfortable juggling multiple projects, and love driving processes that keep fast-moving teams on track. A successful person in this role will be a strong cross-functional partner, able to keep both strategic priorities and tactical execution top-of-mind. You understand how to navigate ambiguity, manage through change, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Own and maintain the Global Commercial Marketing Speed to Market Playbook, updating annually or as needed
  • Develop and manage the editorial content calendar and Commercial Marketing Milestones calendar
  • Lead weekly project status tracking, ensuring deadlines and tasks are current and clearly communicated
  • Support and coordinate internal meeting management, including scheduling and recap documentation
  • Serve as the primary Content Manager, overseeing case studies, whitepapers, partner content, and performance tracking
  • Manage and optimize the Global Commercial PC Marketing One Guide to support global enablement
  • Act as Blog Manager, from content planning through to approvals and amplification
  • Lead the social content calendar, acting as the conduit between the commercial team and social leads
  • Partner with Localization teams to align quarterly plans, budgets, and localization project execution
  • Support flawless project delivery by managing PID trackers, ADL uploads, and campaign milestones
  • Ensure budget alignment for all scoped projects, including timely reservation submissions and invoice approvals

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong background in marketing project management and/or content operations
  • Experience managing editorial or social content calendars
  • Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with content performance tracking and content lifecycle management
  • Experience collaborating with localization teams and working across geographies
  • Proficient with marketing and project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Trello, or similar)

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field preferred
