KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Contribution: Participate in the planning, design, development, testing, and support of both packaged and custom software solutions. Provide support for existing applications across Legal, Global Real Estate, Security business groups. Apply hands-on full stack development skills and assist with technical configuration for solid and scalable outcomes.
Software Development: Demonstrate proficiency in programming and development utilizing Java, C++, Python coding framework. Use emerging AI and Automation technologies to develop innovative solutions. Support solution architecture, module integration, and system enhancements.
Methodology: Employ recognized development practices, including Waterfall and Agile methodologies, to ensure efficient and high-quality project results. Utilize knowledge of ITIL software support approaches to maintain reliable, responsive systems.
Collaboration & Communication: Build constructive relationships with business and functional teams. Contribute to process design discussions and requirements gathering to ensure technical solutions fulfill organizational needs.
Project Support: Assist with both technical and administrative aspects of projects, such as resource coordination, scheduling, and supporting the delivery of business solutions.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Solid experience in software development and supporting existing business applications
Experience with AI technologies will be beneficial
Experience with Automation using UI Path technologies will be beneficial
Demonstrated ability to participate in the full lifecycle of software projects
Effective interpersonal skills for teamwork and cross-group communication
Experience with formal software development and IT support methodologies
Strong communication and collaboration
