Job Summary:

 

At our Lovera Home Loans Branch located in Orlando, Florida, we are seeking a successful Sales Manager who wants to take their sales career in the mortgage industry to the next level. We proudly offer excellent customer service and a competitive compensation package.

 



Qualifications

 

Job Description:

 

-Leading and guiding a team of mortgage loan officers or brokers to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies, set sales goals, and create marketing plans to drive mortgage loan production and revenue.

-Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral sources is essential for generating leads and increasing referral business.

-Compliance with federal and state regulations and company policies is a top priority, requiring the sales manager to ensure all transactions meet the necessary standards.

-Provide ongoing training and support for their team to enhance sales skills and product knowledge while closely monitoring the loan pipeline to ensure timely processing and closing.

-Analyzing sales performance metrics, staying informed about market trends, and collaborating with other departments are also key responsibilities, all aimed at maximizing profitability, managing risk, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the mortgage lending department.

 

Please note, this is a Hybrid position that may require you to work in office when needed.
