We are seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time OBGYN to join a high functioning, award winning critical access hospital in Wisconsin. Work and live where you vacation by joining a well-established medical center in Door County, WI that boasts a diverse range of specialties, a wealth of modern technology, and a thriving presence in the community. With over 175 physicians serving on the medical staff, this medical center provides expert care, close to home, for residents and visitors of this beautiful coastal town. Incoming candidates will enjoy a comfortable work-life balance, excellent resources, and strong staff support. Opportunity Highlights
* Strong compensation and benefits package, including $150,000 in Sign-On and Loan Forgiveness
* 4-day work week with MA + RN support
* 150 Deliveries Annually (10-15 per month)
* Pediatricians and Family Medicine physicians available for every delivery.
* 80% of Hysterectomy patients go home same day
* Relocation Assistance available
* Da Vinci Robot with block time
* 60/40 GYN to OB split
* 1:3 Call with low frequency, most deliveries are scheduled
* 4 Weeks of PTO, 2 Weeks of CME
