StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $480000.00 - $500000.00

Join an interventional pain management practice in Fargo, ND. This position includes a Monday-Friday schedule, looking for a business minded provider that is interested in building up a growing practice.

Opportunity Highlights

• Looking for a fellowship trained, experienced, and business minded advanced Interventional pain management physician
• Will perform spine and advanced interventional pain procedures
• Schedule: Mon-Friday 8am-4pm
• Mentorship is available for new grads
• No call & no weekend work
• There is no medication management
• Patient ages: 18 and older (30-40% is ages 65 and older)
• $480,000 first year or production (whichever is higher, 70% of net collections) with 2nd year expectations in the $700-$800,000 range based on production
• Partnership opportunity with as low as 5% buy in
• Sign on Bonus and Relocation
• Health, Dental, Vision and 401K with up to 3% Match
• PTO: 4 Weeks and
• CME: 5 days with $4,000 stipend
