- Department is involved in many active clinical trials - myriad opportunities for scholarly activities
- Be a part of a very active clinical research group
- Healthy work-life balance: Schedule - Mon - Fri, 6:30 am to approximately 3 pm with 1:10 call
- Anesthesia care team model with fellows, residents, and CRNAs
