TITLE: Arby's Team Member
REPORTS TO: General Manager
PURPOSE: Inspire Smile Through Delicious Experiences
1. Provide guests with Arby's Red Hat Service. Deliver on the Big Star Hospitality mission statement.
2. Meet or exceed speed of service standards.
3. Serve our hot/fresh quality product in accordance with the OSM
4. Maintain crystal clean guest view and work area
5. Follow safety procedures (food and personal)
6. Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Team Member Handbook.
7. Assist in restaurant sales building through delivery of Red Hat service and upselling.
8. Replenish and rotate supplies.
9. Arrive for work on time (5 minutes prior to scheduled to start time).
10. Be dressed in a clean and complete uniform.
11. Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description.
Enrolled in school or High school diploma/GED
