**Job Title: Full-Time Caregiver (10 PM - 6 AM)**

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Caregiver to join our team, providing excellent overnight care from 10 PM to 6 AM. This role is essential in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with their daily living activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring a supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and respond to clients' needs throughout the night, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Assist with mobility and transferring, helping clients move safely within their environment.
- Administer medications as per the prescribed care plan and document accordingly.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a warm and engaging atmosphere.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals as needed.
- Observe and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous caregiving experience is preferred, particularly in a similar overnight setting.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is an advantage.
- Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting and transferring clients.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required. Some post-secondary education or training in healthcare is a plus.

**Working Conditions:**

- This position involves overnight shifts from 10 PM to 6 AM and may include weekends and holidays as needed.
- The role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting.
