**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. - Monitor and record vital signs, input/output, and other relevant patient information as required.
- Assist patients in mobility and transferring, including the use of wheelchairs or walkers.

- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide updates and address concerns.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in accordance with facility policies.
- Participate in patient care planning and provide feedback on patient progress and needs.
