**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients, assisting them with daily living activities while ensuring their comfort and safety. As a CNA, you will be an essential part of our team, working closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care during evening shifts.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor and record vital signs, input/output, and other relevant patient information as required.
- Assist patients in mobility and transferring, including the use of wheelchairs or walkers.
- Support nursing staff in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide updates and address concerns.
- Document patient care activities accurately and promptly in accordance with facility policies.
- Participate in patient care planning and provide feedback on patient progress and needs.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety procedures at all times.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Qualifications:**
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in [State].
