Ascension Wisconsin is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Fellowship trained Heart Failure cardiologist to join our collegial group in Milwaukee, WI.

OPPORTUNITY

  • Opportunity to lead the development of a statewide heart failure program including the further development of the APP run HF clinic
  • Join a well-established Cardiology Service Line
  • Primary site to host great collegial team that boasts longevity
      • 6 Interventional Cardiologists
      • 1 Non-invasive Cardiologist
      • Electrophysiology team
      • 2 APC's
      • 2 Structural Interventional Cardiologists
  • Work in multi-disciplinary clinic located in a hospital
  • General cardiology heart failure practice
  • Call 1:5
  • Requirements:
    • BE/BC Advanced Heart Failure
    • Willing to build a program
