Responsibilities:
As an Otolaryngologist, you will deliver cost-effective patient care while optimizing resource management. Demonstrate compassion and respect in providing patient care, and:
- Collaborate with leaders, administration, and staff to enhance outcomes.
- Contribute to organization-wide quality improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with current technical knowledge and seek professional development.
- Participate in medical staff programs and teaching activities.
- Engage in the peer review process with sound judgment.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited medical school.
- Current license to practice medicine in New Jersey, with BE/BC within specialty.
- Proficiency in clinical applications preferred at time of hire.
- CDS and DEA registration unencumbered.
