Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Work closely with programs in a support function to provide direction and guidance in daily execution to ensure the compliant application of Earned Value processes. This will include preparing and executing Integrated Baseline Reviews, baseline start-up, re-plan requirements as well as general program execution.
  • Completing surveillance reviews of programs, both internal and external, utilizing Proteus to perform common earned value metric analysis.
  • Supporting the user community in a positive manner through the earned value help line and KnowableTM Community pages.
  • Interfacing with centralized DCMA earned value leads to ensure Joint Surveillance reviews are executed cooperatively and effectively.
  • Create and execute training requirements to include Control Account Manager training, Earned Value Certification, Program startup, integrated baseline review training, Earned Value Tools training, and ad-hoc training requests as necessary.
  • Performing analysis of AGILE program methodologies and how they can be implemented with EV System Description processes.
  • Manage small IT projects, to include the support of systems and tool upgrades (such as systems change requests, new implementations, etc).


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience – or 4 years of work experience plus a Master's degree.

Additional experience or skills preferred:
  • Demonstrable EVMS knowledge with experience working externally reported programs as well as a proven ability to analyze financial data.
  • Proficiency in Cobra, Program Portal, ProPricer and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new tools.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary for interfacing with all levels of management, across functions, and with finance employees.
  • Familiarity with BAE Systems plc, Inc. and sector policies.
  • Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status.
Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Previous experience in Program Control or Project Finance, preferably having worked on externally reported earned value programs with a strong understanding of government requirements.
  • Previous audit experience helpful but not required.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive program teams to successful execution of key program milestone events.
  • Strong previous experience with earned value tools ad providing training for tools is desired.
  • Strong previous experience with financial budgeting tools and government reporting (IPMR, IPMDAR).


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $93720 - $159280

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
