BAE Systems is looking for well qualified professionals to join our team for an exciting opportunity to support the US Air Force ICBM Program. The ICBM system Program Office must ensure a safe, secure, and reliable Minuteman III (MM III) weapon system as required by the war fighter (Air Force Global Strike Command). The contract provides breadth and depth of capabilities for system engineering and integration, risk management, technical assessment, strategy development, organization and change management, mission effectiveness, and ICBM Demonstration/Validation. This position is located at Hill AFB, Utah.
In this role, the Quality Training Specialist under the direction of leadership will review and develop products associated with Quality Assurance and Training to include plans, procedures, training material, schedules, processes, and knowledge management and knowledge transfer. This role will also be responsible for maintaining records and analyzing quality data in support of continuous process improvement activities.

Typical Education & Experience
Typically a High School Diploma and 4 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education

  • Highly effective communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with other departments, employees at all levels and outside customer contacts

  • Demonstrated research and presentation skills

  • Computer skills to include MS Office Suite and related industry software

  • Ability to adapt to unique computer programs

  • High level of analytical ability required to analyze information and data, evaluate alternatives, determine potential impact and implement appropriate action

  • Demonstrated time-management and interpersonal skills



Preferred Skills and Education
  • Interviewing experience and the ability to capture the related information into written records

  • Experience in training or education as an instructor, particularly in adult education highly desired.

  • Familiarity with a Learning Management System or Quality Management System desired

  • Experience in curriculum development or Instructional Systems Design desired.

  • Familiarity with CMMI and AS-9100D requirements desired.
