This job is 100% remote.

BAE is searching for a Kronos (UKG) Technical/Functional Systems Analyst to join our team supporting Kronos (UKG) Workforce AutoTime (timesheet/time attendance software) across BAE. The selected candidate will work closely with various stakeholders in the business to understand their needs, interpret requirements and understand how AutoTime can be configured to meet those needs.

The candidate will provide day to day operational support of the system in coordination with the other members of the team. Respond to customer requests to answer questions and resolve issues. Coordinate with other support teams as needed. The candidate will also:

  • Create ad-hoc queries and scripts to analyze data and support operational requests.
  • Gather requirements from multiple stakeholders, analyze against available capabilities, perform gap analysis and translate into technical specifications for solution design. Implement designed solutions using technical expertise.
  • Provide estimates on the impact and cost of requested changes.
  • Present alternatives for requirements and solution design and suggest improvements in business processes.


Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 5+ years experience supporting Workforce AutoTime or other commercial timekeeping application.
  • 5 + years' experience in a multi-tiered application environment with:
    • logical database design
    • Understanding and creating SQL queries
    • Oracle databases
    • XML
    • Interpreting user requirements and generating functional specifications
  • US Citizen or Green Card Holder


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience supporting Workforce AutoTime Kronos (UKG) products and experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Time and Attendance, Labor/Shop Floor Data Collection, and Payroll processing concepts.
  • Experience with Project accounting concepts and responding to audit/compliance requests.
  • Javascript knowledge.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS labor and financial interfaces


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
