Will provide coverage for the Geriatric Psych units at Woodridge and Sycamore Shoals
7 on/7off rotation may also be needed to provide adult psych coverage in other units
Call will be required - 1:6 night call coverage for Woodridge and New Leaf at Sycamore Shoals
Will provide inpatient consult coverage at Sycamore Shoals.
Location: Woodridge Hospital- Coverage: Psychiatrist would primarily cover Woodridge Hospital and help with consults at other facilities.
- Team: PMHNP's on staff to assist on the unit and to see adult consults.
- Social Workers/ Therapist onsite
- Treatment Team done daily
- RN/LPN/ Tech staff
- Nurse Manager on both units
- Hours/Day: 8-Hour day, can begin at 8am or 9am. 8-5 or 9-6.
- 2nd certs (CON's) during call: 2nd certs are required for any TN admissions which are involuntary, these are done via laptop or tablet and secure portal. Details listed above.
- Unit demographics: Gero-psych patients
- Main diagnosis: bipolar, schizo affective disorder, secondary detox, depression, insomnia, suicidal ideations.
- Availability: Immediately.
