NP/PA with Occupational Medicine Phoenix (Per Diem)


Banner Occupational Health and Wellness, a dedicated full-service occupational health provider, is looking for an Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to help us open a new practice site. This is an amazing opportunity to join a large, multistate occupational health program, with five board certified Occupational Medicine Physicians, and many other occupational medicine physicians and advanced practice providers. The position is locating in Phoenix, Arizona, the fifth largest metro area in the US.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and help us grow. Our Occupational Medicine Provider will perform baseline and annual physical exams, evaluate, treat, and follow up on industrial injuries and non-industrial medical conditions, infectious and hazardous material exposures.

Required Qualifications:

DEA with prescriptive authority, NCCPA,

current AZ license, and BLS required

A minimum of 2 years of experience required in occupational medicine

Certification to perform NRCME (DOT) driver examinations required, or acquired within 6 months of starting

M - F | 7:00a-4:00p | No Call
