Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking a BE/BC Reconstructive Urologist to join our outstanding Urology program in Temple, TX. This is an employed Academic career opportunity with a generous benefits package that offers a work-life balance, a competitive salary, a productivity bonus, a moving allowance, and no state income tax.
The Opportunity
The Department of Urology comprises of 11 fellowship-trained Urologists, 8 APPs, and ten residents and offers comprehensive urology services. Additional details include:
- The optimal candidate will have fellowship training in reconstructive urology/prosthetics and be comfortable with general urology.
- Reconstructive Urologic practice
- Guaranteed OR block time
- Outpatient practice with surgical and inpatient service, including three available robots
- Work with like-minded professionals in a fully integrated health system
- Epic EMR
- Academic affiliation with Baylor College of Medicine
- Extensive urology residency program with resident coverage at all times
- Call 1:10 on average
- Clinical Research experience and motivation are preferred.
